Meet The Founder

Dena Quiñones, MPH, RYT

Dena Quiñones, MPH, 420hrRYT, Master Trainer, Visionary, Holistic Executive Coach, and Mindful Movement and Mediation Practitioner is the CEO of DQ Impact, LLC which provides a workplace wellness experience that helps companies show that they value their talent and well-being, which results in a workplace culture that enhances business and employee wellness. Dena also serves as Faculty at Montclair State University in the department of Public Health. Dena is a leader, coach, facilitator and curriculum developer who brings over 20 years of experience in Non-Profit and For-Profit Organizational Development, Technical Assistance and Capacity Building at local and national levels with various levels of leadership, Practice Transformation, Clinical Quality Improvement, Strategic Planning, Grant Writing, Executive Lifestyle Coaching, Organizational Burnout Prevention and Public Speaking . Dena’s commitment to public health is unwavering  as she enthusiastically partners with clients to focus on making results driven positive organizational changes while empowering employees. As a lifelong learner and teacher, Dena is passionate about sharing the knowledge and skills she has learned on her journey of  professional and personal wellness, and is committed to giving back by helping individuals and communities live a healthy and active lifestyle.
